The deflection roller is used in bucket elevators or elevators with heavy operating conditions in the field of conveyor technology. Due to the toothed drive, no weight pretension is required on the return pulley. The return pulley for the system 65 the chain is deflected in a relaxed state. This reduces the chain tensile forces. Less surface pressure in the chain joints leads to a reduction in wear. The race of the return pulley for System 65 is made of GS material or welded construction, the hub cross is made of GG or welded construction. The hub is drilled to fit and grooved. The flanged pulley diameter for support diameters up to 1010 = support diameter + approx. 400 mm, for support diameters from 111 0 mm = support diameter + approx. 500 mm.
