One lock for all transportation and conveying tasks with the round steel chain/link chain
The new UKS universal chain lock can be used in combination with the round steel chain/link chain for a wide range of conveyor applications, replacing the RSP, VK and FL chain locks. This means lower storage costs for you and a reduction in your total cost of ownership. The quick and easy installation by a single person significantly reduces downtime during installation or repair of all types of conveyors. The case hardness of the UKS chain lock corresponds to grades R80 to R160, while the increased tooth cross-sections (and the pitch of the cross-section of the connecting teeth) ensure reliable power transmission. To prevent damage when the sprockets are driven over, the lock shape has been adapted to the chain link width.
