RUD scrapers are always optimally adapted to the requirements and operating conditions provided by the customer. We manufacture scrapers according to customer specifications, unless advice or support is required. Alternatively, we suggest an optimum scraper variant based on intensive consultation, which is worked out in dialog.
The following information is required and evaluated by us:
- Clear trough width of the conveyor and its exact line
- Trough bottom material and design
- Chain center distance
- Maximum occurring / required conveying capacity
- Conveying speed
- Conveyed material properties such as moisture, bulk density, angle of repose, grain size
